Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, the order gets lost, or arrived in poor condition, Chocolate Venue will refund you for your order or send out a replacement at no cost to you. The refunds will be issued within 48 hours and usually appear on your credit original payment method within 7-10 business days. You can request a refund or replacement within three days after receiving your order by sending us an email to info@chocolatevenue.com with order –id . The return shipping costs (if any) will be paid by chocolatevenue.You may check the status of your order with our Customer Service. At info@chocolatevenue.com. If the status of your order is stated as ‘shipped,’ we are unable to add to, change or cancel your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, otherwise a representative will happily assist you with your changes or cancellation.
